The book of Nahum is a small, not well known book in the prophets that deals with judgment against the Assyrians. God graciously sent Jonah to preach repentance to the Assyrians 100 years earlier - and they did temporarily repent - but their repentance didn't last. With that, God sends Nahum to tell Israel that Assyria's days are numbered and you can worship without fear of being bullied and harassed. With all the social media harassment believers face today, this message is as relevant now as it was in 650 BC.
