As Mary and Joseph follow the law and go to the temple for Jesus' circumcision and pay the redemption price after 40 days of Mary's purification, God arranges for two elderly disciples to encourage Joseph and Mary at the right time to remind them they are on God's path. We can be God's presence to others when we are sensitive to the Spirit's leading and want to serve God.
