Paul continues helping believers deal with neutral issues that we disagree on which the Bible doesn't clearly teach or it does but people have a hard time overcoming because of their background or tradition. To help newer or less mature believers to grow Paul encourages the more mature believers to not practice their freedoms if it hinders other Christian's maturity.
